I certainly hope you are correct, but I think much more likely is a demonstration plant in 30 to 50 years, the first commercial trial plant in 50-70 and real commercialization after that (if ever). The current tests are still 1000 times short of producing enough energy, and no one knows how to do this continuously or reliably.

Meanwhile, we should be installing solar and wind like crazy, and we should utilize nuclear fission to the greatest extent possible (U235, U 238 and Thorium).
