Sorry, but complete nonsense.

First: Complex life is likely to be extremely rare in the universe (read Rare Earth: Why Complex Life is Uncommon in the Universe)

Second: The speed limit is the speed of light. Warp drives, worm holes, traveling through black holes and so forth are complete fantasy and will never happen for many reasons, including the resource requirements for bending spacetime. More likely, the realistic speed limit is some small percentage of the speed of light, which means that in an expanding universe, humans will only be able to reach something like 1% of the universe, and the same would be true for another advanced civilization.

Third: It is a matter of time and distance. You can read my article on this topic. The chance of an alien civilization selecting earth and traveling for let's say 200,000 years to arrive here right now and kidnap a farmer in Iowa --- well --- really??
