Sorry, but this is very poorly researched. EVs put much less carbon in the atmosphere. The prices of EVs range from very low to very high, just like ICE cars. My Mach E was less than comparable ICE cars --- particularly after the $7,500 tax credit. I charge it in my garage (at $0.13/kwh) about once every week (at night while I sleep). In my region, about half of our power is nuclear or renewable. Great car: safe, efficient, low maintenance, low cost, advanced electronics, and it helps the environment.
Having said that, I will also say that of course all ICE cars will be gone soon. But then so will large EVs, and eventually nearly all cars. Communities need to be redesigned to reduce transportation needs, and we need to think about public transportation, scooters, bikes, one wheels, skateboards, walking, etc. In the end we need to reach sustainability. Certainly ICE cars must go, but we can't think that we will simply replace them with EVs.
