Sorry, but you are confused and foolish. In this country, when elections come, you have exactly two choices, Democrat or Republican. Since we unfortunately do not have universal ranked choice voting, third party votes tend to help the worst candidate.

The Democrats at least stand for something, and have a vision. Please go back and read the Democratic Platform. On the other hand, the Republicans essentially stand for nothing. Well, maybe they stand for lower taxes for the very wealthiest people, and they stand for tearing apart our government (shutting down the EPA, FDA, CDC, Dept, of Energy, Dept. of Education, IRS, FBI, Justice Dept, etc). Oh yes, and they stand for abandoning our allies around the world, and kissing Putin's ass. So, as I said, they really do not have any serious adult policies that will help the planet, the US, our citizens, our society or our culture. The Republican Party is terrific at spewing hate at gay people, immigrants, Mickey Mouse and Bud Light.

Stop with the ivory tower pontificating, and get on board --- vote Democratic up and down the ballot if you want to defeat fascism. Our system is designed to give outsized power to minorities. This is unfortunate, but what it means is that to accomplish anything, Democrats need super majorities in the House and Senate (states and federal). We need Democratic executives (President and Governors). Some people like to say that, "Both parties are the same." Nothing could be further from the truth, but without a supermajority, it is true that it is difficult for either party to accomplish much because of the poor design of our legislative process.
